It is my sad responsibility to share the news that Shipmate Lietuvos Sv. Kazimieras died suddenly on Saturday. I've been informed by a reliable landlubber, but have no further information at present.
Please pray for him and his partner A. May he rest in peace, and rise in glory.

I'm saddened by a fellow Delaware-based Shipmate passing.
I took the time to look up his last post (May 4, 2016, in Styx, I believe): quote: Thanks. I'm going to try the Always allow cookies setting (it was previously on "For sites I visit") and see if that does the trick. If not, I'll go to Heaven.
Yes you will, my friend. Yes you will.

Qoheleth, if you can, please let us know when the funeral takes place, so that a prayer can be said, and a candle lit for LSK, A, and others (including yourself) at that time.

I'm told that a Memorial Service will also be held on our side of the pond in due course. Probably at a certain well-known London shack at whose altar our late Shipmate was privileged to serve in years past.

I am very sorry to hear this. I read many of his posts when I was hosting Eccles, and he always had interesting and thoughtful things to say.
May he rest in peace and rise in glory. May those who love him be comforted.
