Over in All Saints balaam has reminded us that today is Simon's birthday. I think a wonderful commemoration of this event would be donations to the Floating Fund. I have just made a small donation and encourage anyone else who loves the Ship and wants to show their appreciation (and who is able to do so) to join in.

Thanks everyone for the birthday good wishes... my birthday was quietly brilliant this year, so your wishes worked out really well. Thanks for that!

And a big thank-you as well to everyone who has given to the floating fund in the past couple of weeks. I'm meeting tomorrow with a designer and web builder, who will be working on the new version of the Ship over the next few weeks, so your donations are about to be put to very good use.
