What else would I be posting about?
There is an Antiochan Orthodox website, 'Occidentalis' which purports to provide an immense number of texts for the Sarum Use done into English, for the use of the Antiochan Orthodox Western Rite Vicariate. Of course, the filioque clause has to be put back into the Creed, but as I am unfamiliar with Orthodox rites, are there any other interpolations to bring Sarum into line with the Antiochans? Simply, are these texts usable, with the filioque, naturally, in an Anglo-Catholic setting, or are there substantial interpolations? I doubt the rites of baptism etc are (I have seen neither an Orthodox nor a Sarum rite of baptism before to compare it to), but the missal might be and to have a compiled Sarum Missal online to construct Mass books out of would spare a LOT of typing!

Concerning the Mass, on page 32, the bracketed paragraph beginning "We beseech Thee, O Lord..." is an interpolation -- providing the epiclesis the Orthodox consider consecratory, and which is lacking in the Gregorian canon.

Thank you - I'm very ignorant of the Orthodox Churches; and I don't, yet, have an encyclopaedic knowledge of Sarum, either, so anything is helpful. I've found a few more in the Missal alone, not to mention the confusing references to Orthodox vestments, and so on, so rather than pick through them all I think it'll be easier to just type out a Sarum Mass booklet from my Sarum Missal. Typey typey for me !

There a are a variety of Sarum resources linked to on the relevant Wikipedia page. Fr Sean Finnegan has many useful posts and videos about the Use of Sarum on his blog, Valle Adurni.

Yes, I know about Valle Adurni. Father Anthony Chadwick on As the Sun in its Orb & New Goliards (a TAC priest in Normandy who says Sarum daily) also has some splendid resources, including an invaluable full lectionary for Sarum according to the KJV. Thanks very much - it's surprisingly easy once one gets stuck into Sarum as everything is there, just scattered about and needing to be compiled.

Traditional Anglican Communion. Though Fr Chadwick's association with that body is becoming increasingly tenuous for a variety of reasons not least of which is his growing infatuation with and apologism for Vaganteism.
