What I seeking is a clear statement (if such a thing is possible) on the situation regarding anglo catholic parishes in the UK. There are FIF parishes, "flying bishops", those who have gone to Rome under the "recognition" by the Pope of anglican tradition and parishes such as All Saint's Margaret St who I understand remain in the mainstream under the authority of the Bishop of London.
Down here in the colonies we only get fragmented reports of these matters and I would appreciate as far as possible a definitive statement on the current status quo.

FiF and flying bishops have nothing to do with it. There are plenty of Anglo-Catholics who are in favour of OoW, so feel no need for such things.

This seems to be a thread about church politics and polity, with a generous sprinkling of Dead Horse. It is does not belong in Ecclesiantics. Thread closed.
