We will be camping at Somerset at the end of July. Last year it was sunny and dry all the week, and I hope (and pray) that we have good weather again. One elderly woman will not be camping with us as her mother is having her 100 birthday!
Will there be some of you going to New Wine on its 3 places?

I'm surprised that no-one has commented on New Wine this year - there is often comments!

For the first time for many years we won't be going. We'll be at New Wine Europe the previous week.

Have a really nice time there and then! You are a lot of very nice people and I hope you meet others who are fine too.

I'll be at Newark (for the last time) this year as the North conference is been scrapped [Frown] . I've been to every north conference and won't be undertaking the 6 hour trek to Shepton Mallett next year, or for the forseeable future.

Have a good time as usual at Newark and we'll be near Shepton Mallet and Castle Cary. I'm praying that we don't have rain all the time! I'll be going down on the train tomorrow early morning.

Have they changed from having the North New Wine times?

It's been good here and also lots of rain! And our friend who is being "sad" is still in hospital...

It was scorching hot last week in Belgium. Thunderstorms were forecast for the last day when people were packing up, but they passed by on either side and we remained dry. However the next day, when the clear-up crew was busy, we had a huge storm. Fortunately we had just taken down the canvas from the marquees when it hit. One or two folks still had their own tents up and they were picked up and tossed around like toys. We still had to take up the flooring from the main tent which involved paddling around in calf deep water in places. All in all we had a great week though.

I'm glad you had a good week generally. Yesterday here it was very sunny and dry and warm, and today we have had some rain and some sun...

Also good talks and performances - my nephew did music performance, very good.

fantastic week at Newark - lot of emotion around though as it

I am always overwhelmed by the strength of relationships we have in our New Wine family. Families stick together, encourage each other, love and respect each other. We are sad not to be in Newark next summer but we know that the story isn't finished for any of us.
Been a absolute blast seeing lives changed and encounter our wonderful God - is the last North conference for the time being.
