Could the material produced at General Convention 2012, "The Witnessing and Blessing of a Lifelong Covenant", be modified, with the permission of the bishop diocesan, obviously, to reflect orthodox Christian teachings that sexual intercourse is only between the husband and wife? For instance, a vow of celibacy and chastity could be added to the rite.

jlav12,
As you are an apprentice, this host post will be more restrained than it might be.
1. The place for the discussion of the morality or otherwise of same-sex relationships is Dead Horses, not Ecclesiantics.
2. I'm afraid that I doubt that the OP is a genuine enquiry. If you genuinely wish to discuss rites that could be used for blessing the relationships of same-sex couples who wished to remain sexually abstinent then I advise you to consider a new OP which is carefully phrased.
