Does anyone know of a Bible arranged according to the schedule of lessons of any of the commonly used MP/EP lectionaries of the Church of England? Preferably the AV.

I think you are asking for a Lectionary. Unfortunately, lectionary tables are all too frequently referred to as merely "lectionaries." A proper lectionary contains the text of the lessons.
The English Office Book (published by Society of SS Peter and Paul, the Church Literature Association) was bound with The Lessons for Mattins and Evensong throughout the Year According to The Revised Lectionary of 1922 (published by Oxford).
It is a handsome little 4" x 6" edition printed beautifully on India paper.
I used to read the Office with it until the leather started to fray at the binding.
I'd give my eyeteeth to have a reading copy.
The Canterbury Press edition (my apologies for the url shortener: link) is nice, but not sufficient, as it does not included any lectionary, not even as a table.

Thank join for the link. I already own a copy of the Prayer Book so I don't need a different office book. Just a Bible printed according to the appointed Lessons.

I have one -The Book of Lessons Revised Lectionary [1922]- but it is in poor condition: the imitation leather cover is in disrepair, but the printed part is complete and sound. I have no need for it - if you want it it's yours.

The Daily Service Book, which is what I'm using at the mo, is the BCP bound with the 1922 lessons for Morning and Evening Prayer throughout the year. My current one is 1662 but I've just picked up the 1928 version on ebay for two quid so keep a look out.

Or, of course, take advantage of the very generous offer above.
