This is rubbish: it just links to a site for teenagers! Where are the other 9?!

Scroll down a few lines to where it says '10 Most Positive Places On The Internet' above a picture of calm.com. Hover your cursor over the picture to get a description, and click on the arrow to move on to the next one.

I did like Escalator Etiquette: if it's occupied, I run down on my side. If it's not, I pick up my feet and hold myself up with my arms, just becoming more physically fit!

For me, Daily Odd Complimentis high up on that list. Emergency Compliments is in the same vein.
I also have a special oasis, which I try not to share with others than those who it would actually interest - it's a cellar full of anecdotes and oddities that make for wonderful breaks from other things, to catch a breath with a story about the peculiarity of humanity. It's very minimalistic in its design and layout, which I really appreciate as it adds to the calmness of it all. It's just there, not yelling for attention, but allows itself to be what it is and open to readers of its own kind.

Happy places on the net? Monastic websites. Full of tales of people living a peaceful, healthy life that makes sense both materially and spiritually.

I must be a bastard, because I find one of the places that makes me smile the most is Angry People in Local Newspapers.
