A Cento is a poem entirely composed of existing lines from other poems. The end product can produce a surreal poetry of its own. Two couplets I remember from one I read many years ago go -
Lord Ullin reached that fatal shore
A highly respectable Chancellor
and
It was roses, roses all the way
Nor any drop to drink.
Each poster posts a line which in some way matches the previous one - in rhyme, rhythm or (broadly) sense.

It would be nice to link your quotes to the poems.

So that's -
I went into a hazel wood because a fire was in my head
In mid-wood silence, thus, how sweet to be
Beside a lake, amid the trees
And miles to go before I sleep
But a waking dream of life and light
Busy old fool, unruly sun
Slouches towards Bethlehem to be born
The ways deep and the weather sharp
Water like a stone.
I've seen worse in anthologies.

I thought that Go-Go was a form of visual entertainment for the thigh-booted miniskirt crowd, a sort of one-sided precursor of disco.
