I'll miss Tom. He and I became Purg Hosts at about the same time and "grew up together". Thanks, Tom, for your companionship and enjoy the extra time. Look forward to seeing you around.
Eliab! The new king of the hazing threads which are used to "train" new Hosts i.e. designed to reduce minds to jellylike states. Which we signally failed to do. You won a contest which many of us were glad to get a draw out of. The warmest of welcomes. Looking forward to working with you.

Thanks for the welcome everyone, and thanks tclune and all the other past and present hosts and admins for all your work. I hope I come close to the standards of hosting you have set over the years I've been on the Ship.
Am I the first person on the ship to get planked the day after being made a host?
