What to do about the no_prophet
Depends on your interpretation of what exactly a prophet is, and also on what your tradition is.
Pentecostals will probably hold a tent revival and pray for the gift of prophecy.
Mainline Evangelicals and Calvinists will probably content themselves with the Bible.
Mainline Liberals will probably send a new batch of folks to seminary, to teach them how to be prophetic.
I honestly don't know how people in other religions would respond (or if they would).
Charlatans will see an opportunity to make a buck.
YMMV.
