I have found a simple two button mouse with no clicky wheel or any fancy stuff. I tried it this morning and it looks like its going to be my "racing mouse" from now on.

Just today I passed a shop window display showing a cat with a (computer) mouse hanging from it's mouth. There seems to be something in the air.
The strategy of having a cold hand for smooth movement on a touchpad seemse to be working. Come warmer weather it'll all go horribly wrong. Or that's the excuse I'm planning on using.

Even when you get 10/10, 40 seconds doesn't cut the mustard on a Very Easy day. Too much thought, not enough speed.

I somehow prefer the harder quizzes to the easier ones - they seem more "knowledge or educated guesses" based than "movie and celebrity" based. Though Sunday's best, of course - the only day I'm likely to get anywhere near the top of the board.

A hydrogen nucleus is a proton. Alpha, beta and gamma particles are not protons (they're a helium nucleus, an electron and a photon). The third answer is correct.
How on earth do you people manage to answer all the questions in 20 seconds? I can't read that fast...
