Indeed, and I now hear that both Mother and Baby are doing well, though Mother is a bit sore 'down below' (ahem...).

Speaking of soreness, my much-dreaded visit to the chiropodist re my ingrowing toenails ( [Projectile] ) went as well as could be expected. Hopefully, I am now Cured, though a further visit is scheduled for next week.

Ouch (again).

Thanks to the 61.6% of almost 80% of eligible Australian voters who have supported same-sex marriage. [Axe murder]

Last night we saw Matt Redman, which reminded me of Miss S so strongly for three separate reasons (which I won't bore you with here) that I felt moved to email her and say why I'd been thinking of her all evening, and how much I loved her.

This morning, I had a reply to say she'd read my message at half past three in the morning, lying awake with a sore throat and worrying about how much work she had to do, and how much better the message had made her feel.

[Overused]

Thank you, God, for prompting me to send that email
