Can I submit a photo of my cat Tiggs, he isn't a member but he has featured in the "Deeply Offended" thread in the Circus. Some people might ask does he really exist, so a photo would clarify that, and I don't know how to upload a photo from my pictures into a message?

I think it was established rather early on in Gallery history that no pictures of non-shipmates would be allowed.
If you want to show off your cat, establish a link in your signature.

Rook, Cheers for doing my dig, I did try, but it bacame very trying. I couldn't workout how to change the code to a phrase in the Sig. But thanks again. Tiggs is happily oblivious to it all sleeping on the bed.

That's one happy cat, les@BALM.
And you should also add to your CV* that RooK liked your cat enough to provide you with [pro bono technical service so the picture could be seen.

Not dead. The cat has achieved "zero brainwave activity", sort of a cat nirvana state. It's an especially tricky thing when two sibling cats (often a male/female pair) share a single brain cell. Not having possession of the single brain cell is not the same thing as achieving zero brainwave activity.

Yes, Teddy the Burro is quite cute, if ornery (like all good burros)—and worry not, you're not the first person to have thought me female at first. I've accepted the price of being a longhair.
