It doesn't like the % in the url ... I'd suggest using tinyurl.com, or similar, to create a link without odd characters that the UBB software will accept.

so that for example,in my text instead of seeing the link, http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/20465878/, you see a phrase such as "here" or "Oprah story", etc.?
