As far as I can see, the top line can't be changed, while the bottom line seems of your own making and should, in theory, be adaptable. But why not just leave out your own line, as you'll have the top divider in any case?

Yeah, I figured that out today, thanks.
I had put in a 72-dash line as the spacer, and didn't realize the first one was autogenerated (haven't done a sig here before).
