Welcome Grace! and Congrats, Rat.
And Jenn? sounds like we just cleared a seat, so belly up to the table (while there's still room for your belly) and tell us how you're doing!
Myself, I'm getting brutally absent minded in my last month. I'm one or two big screw-ups away from my boss giving up on me and sending me home before my scheduled end date (14 days... not that I'm counting).

I had my 12 week scan this morning and all was well, which gives me a due date of Nov 13th. Very very exciting.

Just to say that Leo James arrived at 00:20 on 25th April.
We had hoped for a home birth and got to 9cm at home pretty quickly, but then he got himself well and truly stuck so in the end we were transferred to hospital and ended up with a section. Had fantastic care at both home and hospital though and felt very much in control and like every possible chance for him to come was given before action was taken. I had quite a large bleed in theatre so we were kept in a few days longer than usual but we are home now and loving adjusting to being a family.

Bravo Caz!
Have I mentioned how much I love babies? Especially now when I've reached the age where I can hand them back if they are wet, stinky, crying (or all three at once).

Let's hope that they are not Braxton Hicks, but the start of the real thing. Hope and pray that everything goes smoothly for you.
The 'Wisdom' is that if you start planning loads of lovely things to do, just as a couple, in the next few days then you won't get a chance to do them. I have no idea if this works, but it sure sounds a whole load nicer that taking cod liver oil or bumpy rides over country lanes.

This has made me wonder, in countries where people regularly eat hot curries, what advice to women get to 'hurry things up'?

We have a baby!!!
After just about every medical intervention known to man or woman, the dragonet finally emerged via the sun-roof at 3 o'clock yesterday morning. He seems to be remarkably untraumatised by the whole experience, and is getting on with learning the essentials of life, such as eating and sleeping and screaming.
WD is recovering well from the op - she was on her feet yesterday evening - but will be in hospital for a couple of days.
Thanks for all the prayers and messages.
