If people could PM me the links that appeared to coincide with the crash it might make some lights go on. (Or not, but it certainly won't make things any worse...)

And Crunch - not sure why that time. I'd clicked on a link to the Ship to a post and was trying to post a reply, but it died before I'd done anything. About 8 or 9 of us in, all on the Bridge.

NOTE: I've tried above link again - and it crashed once more. So must be it. Good luck!

(I guess it should be back in a moment.)

After the Cafe dumps, I can never re-enter until I reboot my PC. I can get the login window to open, but after entering my ID and password, then clicking "connect" I get the following:

code:
IO Error (java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect)
java.net.PlainSocketImpl : socketConnect at line -2
java.net.PlainSocketImpl : doConnect at line -1
java.net.PlainSocketImpl : connectToAddress at line -1
java.net.PlainSocketImpl : connect at line -1
java.net.SocksSocketImpl : connect at line -1
java.net.Socket : connect at line -1
java.net.Socket : connect at line -1

java.net.Socket : <init> at line -1
uk.co.darkgreenmedia.faverolle.SocketComms : run at line 98
java.lang.Thread : run at line -1

I get this no matter how long I wait after a crash.

Actually, I think it might have been me again. I typed in, "no its only urls with %s in" and the cafe went bang.

Now unless Stone Moses posted at the same moment with a dodgy url - then it reacted to the combination of the string url and %s in the same post. Without there actually being a url form http://www.stopit%20somemore.html posted.

I am going to Tumbleweed till it settles down from its hissy fit.

Sorry, but wanted to be certain, as previously thought it was wierd urls only. So no one discuss crime statistics in the cafe, as soon as you start mentioning percentages ...
