I'd be grateful if you could remember my mum in your prayers - she's been put on diamorphine and isn't expected to live more than a few more days (she's 84 and has been bed-ridden for many years).

for piglet and her mother, hoping her mother passes peacefully
Asking again for prayers for my friend Jan just diagnosed with breast cancer, who will have a radical mastectomy in the next couple of weeks. This weekend she has to sit down and tell her teenage son she has cancer and is dreading this. I feel horribly inadequate as a friend, my own fear and ignorance gets in the way. I hope she can get skilled counselling soon.

Thanks, friends, for all of your prayers for my father and my family. He seems to be doing well enough that he will enjoy the visit with my sister and me next week.
I'm leaving tomorrow for the States to visit him. Please pray that during my time with him I can be in the moment and not feel too much anxiety or sadness. A little overwhelmed right now.

urgent urgent folks. My dear friend Ed is fighting for his life. wrecked his bike, no helmet, head injury. I dont know how bad. I was nearby but didn't get close so EMS could do their work unimpeded. I'm shaking about this I'm so upset.
those of you who know the story of my house - Ed is the one who built it. I owe him everything. he deserves everything. HE NEEDS the prayer.
