[Votive] for Robert and all passing through the valley of shadows.

Please pray for my sister: she has a lot of shadows of her own at the moment, with complaints, meetings etc. Been going on for several weeks now: prayer for a speedy and satisfactory resolution would be very welcome.

So, I am now 38 weeks pregnant and kind of hoping that he gets a move on and makes an appearance sooner rather than later.

Your prayers for the next few weeks would be appreciated.

May I ask for prayers for the daughter and grandson of a friend? The daughter's ex-husband is filing suit tomorrow asking to receive full custody of their son. This has been a bitter divorce and custody situation for several years. I 'm especially concerned about the young boy (12 years old) who has been caught in the middle. May God be with all involved and grant wisdom to those hearing the case.

Praying for all.

Giving thanks for the reappearance of Welease Woderick (I meant to say this upthread).

Reading, I'm so touched by all the concerns. Touched too by the faithfulness of all those here who pray all the time. Also by Telepath's ministry which helps me hold people individually in prayer.

Adding a request for prayer for all three of my adult children, each going through a very difficult time in different ways right now.
(I know details help one pray with more compassion, but I don't feel I can give any. But one of the problems could become life-threatening.)

And for help dealing with parental anxiety, for me and spouse.

Praying for everyone mentioned by name.

I would value prayer. I desperately want to get my lovely Jan back. She was in a 7 month relationship with an alcoholic (who has lot of other issues too) until a few weeks ago. I have asked her to come and visit for a few days when she feels ready for a break. I'm hoping that if we spend some quality time on our own that we can rekindle the spark. Its been 15 months since our breakup and I'm totally in love with her still. I will wait for Jan for as long as it takes.

Thanks.

Praying for all mentioned on this thread. [Votive] Good to see you back, Welease Woderwick, I was worried about you.

Also praying for my friend, C, released from hospital after being diagnosed with a stomach ulcer.

And for P and R, a dear, dear couple in their 70s from my church. They are my Methodist class leaders. P, the husband, suffered from a lymphoma a few year ago. We've now heard that this has returned, bigger than before. God bless him and his lovely wife, R. [Votive]

Please pray for the Dowager Mrs. S - as regular readers will know she is 88 but still in pretty good shape for her age apart from the family tendency to broken wrists. On top of a chest infection and stomach cramps, she now has a growth on her arm that may or may not be cancerous.

Please God let it a) not be, b) be easily and quickly resolved, and c) not worry her too much while she waits for the appointment she has been promised with the specialist.

Requesting prayers as I take my mother to yet another dr. appt. tomorrow that the doctor has wisdom for the best avenue of treatment. I also request prayers for myself as I am now her 24/7 caregiver and it's incredibly hard for me as she has always been in relatively good health in her old age and am now seeing her diminish mentally and physically.

I continue to pray for all posting. [Votive]
