I am taking Rugasaw for an outing to Cambridge on Tuesday 23rd of July, while Patalebon is busy singing. We are meeting there Amos, who has said she can take us to see inside Trinity College, which I am hoping Rugasaw would like to do, as I am keen to see it myself.

Cambridge shipmeet on the 23rd? Perhaps at The Orchard in Grantchester, or at The Maypole, which is roughly between Jesus and the river?
Is anyone else around who might like to meet either at lunchtime or straight after work ? I don't think we would be there late into the evening as I have to take him back to St Albans and then drive back to London.

I might be able to join you, I need to check as my 12 year old's school will have already broken up and I'd have to pick up my youngest later. I might make a lunchtime meet. Either location, I live in Trumpington so can walk to Grantchester or get the bus into town.

Just being able to say I walked the halls that sir Isaac Newton walked will be worth it. Amos, thank you for getting us in to Trinity College. Heavenly Anarchist, I hope you will be able to join us.

Giving this a bit of a bump. Also checking on what times we are going to be where?

We need some times: You're in big letters in my diary, but I need to know when we're going to meet. At Trinity, I presume, and I can show you around a bit. Then we might head off to Grantchester for a Shipmeet lunch or tea. I have a car, and can fit several other people in it comfortably. Late morning? Afternoon? Let me know what works for you. It will be a pleasure to meet face to face.

What time do you want to set off Rugasaw ? I am happy to leave as early as you like. I think it will be about an hour to drive from where you are, plus about 15 minutes into the town centre on the bus, as I think we will park at Trumpington park and ride, as central Cambridge and parking don't seem to mix from what I have read.
I'll send a message to Heavenly Anarchist to see if she knows yet whether she wants to meet us and when she is free, and we can organise around that. If she is not, Rugasaw and I can fit in with whatever is best for you Amos.

I'm afraid I don't think I can make it not only do I have a twelve year old around but I also now have a job interview to prep for the day afterwards. So I think it better if I miss this one out. Do have a good time though.

That's a pity. Rugasaw, how about I pick you up at 9.30 which should put us in Cambridge centre for 11. Send me an email or message with address of where you are staying. Like I said before, if a couple of other spouses of choir members seem interested in visiting Cambridge, they are welcome to come along.

OMG, so jealous. I loved walking around Cambridge, even though it was 90 degrees when I was there.
Hi Moonlight door. I was up with Tomb last Saturday and we thought of you at the train station in town
