I can't put this on the Hell thread, it keeps falling over. I'll phrase this for here, not Hell.
UK Shipmates choosing to leave the café at 11:30pm UK time on a week night, rather than start another conversation are really deciding that it's time for bed.

I haven't been able to get into the cafe for years. Is something supposed to happen when you download that strange file? I just tried again by following Alex's link in post 007 and opted to let Firefox 'open' it but nothing happens. Is it machine/OS/browser dependent? [ 15. Firefox won't open it, you need to use a Java 6 to open it - Sun Java possibly? Depends what operating system you're using. I'm using Linux, so what I tell you won't necessarily help beyond that [ 16. June 2012, 10:52: Message edited by: Curiosity killed ... ]

I keep the Cafe up off to one side of my massive screen @ work, to keep me company when I'm on hold on the 'phone... which often happens.

Help! I have a new laptop and when I try and click on the Cafe it downloads Faverolle.jnlp but then when I try to open it it just tells me Windows can't open the file. It's so long ago I installed it on our old laptop I can't remember what I did. Or is it something to do with this being Windows 7?
Any help gratefully received!
