Continuing prayers needed for Nurse Michelle who is currently out of hospital as of Monday but is on disability pay as she waits for a new heart. Her husband, Steve, is a colleague at the theatre and one of my best friends. They still have children living at home...

Manchester is snow free today (at least in the city centre so as long as you get out of where you're coming from you should find the journey fine. ![[Votive]](graemlins/votive.gif)
Travelling mercies here too please - I'm off to Cambridge in about half an hour and my journey is convoluted to say the least (although luckily I do get to see Doncaster and Stevenage stations...). thoughts and hopes I make each connection please!

Please say a prayer for my daughter Louise, that she will get home safely. She is travelling home by bus and one of the roads her bus has to travel on has just been listed as hazardous and only just passable 5 mins ago. The bus company are suspending all services due to leave after 6 pm due to snow affecting roads. She may get stranded.

I was at the doctor today and was tested that I'm not horribly ill, and that was OK. I have to have my blood tested on Monday morning. And I had today off work and tomorrow and Friday it's all busy work. I still feel ill and slept many hours today!

Reading through, as I often do...and praying as I go for each situation.
All "normal for Amber" here. Business naff and son is about to have a stabilising operation on his other eye in early Feb (which was unexpected) and prayers would be appreciated for both.

Small, but the God who counts the petals on a daisy cares enough about the small things, I trust.
I have lost my passport.
It is in the flat somewhere, it just isn't in the place where it ought to be. The boy's passport is there, but mine isn't.,.. and seems to be nowhere in the vicinity.
To register as a supply teacher, I need to find it. And before Monday.
I'd appreciate your prayers for insight into what on earth I did with it (and why!) and determination in hunting for it.

Thank you for your prayers: passport found - frustratingly but reassuringly precisely where it should have been - which is where I decided to have one last look after turning the place upside down. Trouble is, I now can't remember where I put the folder of all the other certificates I need ![[brick wall]](graemlins/brick_wall.gif) So please continue to pray for my disorganised self to keep going to find the folder and to rediscover my home from under all the overturned boxes!!! ![[Hot and Hormonal]](icon_redface.gif)

Thank you everyone for your prayers. I was able to have a serious talk with my employers today (I understand the position they are in, and I believe they at long last understand mine) and the result has been an unexpected and sanity-saving boost to finances.
