I came across this link and thought I would share it here. It is a gorgeously illustrated liturgical manuscript that was used in a German parish shortly before the Reformation. A beautiful piece or work.

The pictures are beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
It could just be that I am tired, but I'm not sure I ever have seen chant like this on a five-line staff. Also, I may be completely reading it wrong, but I'm fairly sure I hear some accidentals where they are not noted to be so. The Germanic pronunciation of the recording reminds me of Benedict XVI. If anybody knows more about the 5-line chant here or can recommend a good link, I'd like to read more. I'm not having much luck right now.
