Here's a random question. I'd love to find an internet-based bible study type group because the few at my church are not very accommodating of my schedule. (Can't really do Thursday at 10 am).

It seems to me that there might be something of the sort in more fundamentalist evangelical sites, but I'm looking for something where something of a moderate/old-liner is not going to be horribly out of place, and where there's not an obsession with dead horse topics.

I don't mind a site that has some evangelicals or traditionalists on it, but I don't want to get sucked into some Tea Party fan club with a bit of Jesus-talk sprinkled on.

Thoughts?

I'd be up for that- something a bit more systematic than what you seem to get (I'm not a habitué) on Kergymania. Anyone care to start one?

Seems to me you can start a clearly-defined thread in Keryg, one which won't wander farther afield than any home-group might.

Mockingdale, it's a shame you don't live here! Are you looking for more of a live chat effect than a thread?

Cattyish, appreciating our local variety.
