Oh, they do...

(I've never heard of someone thinking "Celtic worship" related to the basketball team, but I've never heard of anyone talking about "Celtic worship" who wasn't imminently churchy. I was invited to preach at a TEC parish's Celtic mass once. I was unable to tell what made it distinctively Celtic, though...)

Of course they're pronounced differently (hard vs. soft "C"), which probably cuts down on the confusion.
