Friend B, a cancer survivor who broke her arm Friend K, may have contracted Legionaires disease Friend D, his son's mental problems For N, in hopes that his cystic fibrosis doesn't keep him from traveling and Lord, could we please have some rain to stop the fires?
Thank you, shipmates

I have a lot of project work to complete by the end of tomorrow and I'm starting to panic. I'd like to join in Telepath's smooth ballet of efficiency, but fear I may have two left feet.

My husband went to see his friend that had the accident while they were on holiday two weeks ago yesterday. G remains very cheerful, but can't get out of bed and has limited movement in his arms. He should me moved to a more suitable hospital soon. Prayers that he starts to regain the use of his limbs and makes full recovery. My husband, N, is in a state of shock over it all. He usually commutes to work on his bike, but took the bus today, and is talking of giving up cycling all together, so prayers for him too please.

A very distant cousin has gone missing in Canada. His mother has just filed a Missing Person report and is desperately worried. No-one has heard from him since 29 June, which is out of character for him.
For B to be safe and his mother P to have contact ASAP.

...and especially for a little lad I helped look after in children's home in the 1970's - he is now early 50s [?] and his life is on a spiral in all sorts of ways - as it always has been. Naturally there is nothing I can do except pray and if you could join in it would be wonderful.

Howard's memorial service is tomorrow - Howard is the friend I asked for prayer for several weeks ago. The service is to be a celebration of Howard's life and faith, and there are likely to be lots of people there. Ros, Howard's wife, hopes it will speak to some and help them in their own faith. Please pray that amongst the grief, there will be joy, hope, and yes, challenge.

As the holidays finally start, please pray for rest and peace for all the people in our school community, staff and students.
Please could you pray for B, whose family has had a lot of trouble. She's undergoing medical and psych assessments and is finding it very overwhelming. Please pray that she finds comfort and healing.
Please pray for E, whose father is in prison for the next few months. E is a good-natured and caring young man, but needs strong guidance. He wants to be the man of the family in his dad's absence. Please ask the Lord to take care of him.
Please pray for A, for E and for R, who need to do some growing up. E in particular needs to work out whether to stay on at school or go get a job. In any event, she needs to stop screwing things up for herself and the people around her. Please pray for our young people to envision a future that insipres them, that they can grasp, and that doesn't frighten them. ![[Votive]](graemlins/votive.gif)

Update on N, he injured his back, not seriously, but the injury interferred with his daily breathing treatments required to keep his Cystic Fibrosis in check. Last week, he was admitted to the hospital with a severe lung infection. And today - he is in critical condition.
Lord, Protect your people.
Also, one of our own, (don't have permission to use name at present), was in hospital, Keep him in prayer for healing.
Also, Louise, an old friend from the UK, went home to heaven this week. May her memory be eternal.
Thank you for your prayers. Motherboard

Gah! I actually managed to get in to work today, for the first time after several months of sick leave, only to be told that I will be job-hunting a couple of months earlier than expected. I had assumed that I would at least be able to get back to working full-time stably in my current job but now I am not even sure of that. I am not sure what to pray for beyond: ![[Help]](graemlins/help.gif)
