Our dog Mouse seems to be at the end of his days. Would you please pray God will give him a peaceful ending?

Please pray for my mum, 91 years old, who has been wonderfully independent all her life but is now deteriorating physically and to some extent mentally. It's very distressing for all the family.
The immediate problem is that she needs to master her new cooker (the old one broke down) but is completely bamboozled by the new controls. Please pray that she gets the hang of it and has confidence to continue cooking her own meals.
Thank you.

I'm feeling rubbish today.
Over the last couple of years I have had a series of medical problems, most of which turned out to be me getting overly anxious/panicky about something very minor. Then a few weeks ago I had a 'genuine' medical problem and I ended up in hospital for three days. I thought it was all resolved but now I'm worried that the symptoms are coming back and I'm feeling a bit scared. I don't know whether to go back to my GP yet again or just hope it will all go away.
Added to this is the fact that I'm now being treated for anxiety/depression and I don't think the doctor is going to take vague physical symptoms very seriously – just assume it's another example of me getting myself into a state about nothing. Which it very well could be
Feeling very miserable. Please pray for some sort of resolution.
Thank you

Marmalade is apparently also fighting cancer.
quote: I know everyone has been asking for updates on Marm and we finally have some news… We just spoke with our veterinarian and after further testing they can confirm that it's lymphoma (B Cell)
So the chemotherapy treatment plan they have suggested will last 6 months, once a week for 2 months and then every other week after that... Of course Marm being FIV positive may make things more difficult we will be discussing this with them.
The good thing is that Marmalade had the tumor removed and he's a young guy so this works in his favor when it comes to response rate and remission time

We had a phone call this morning to say that an old friend both Mr Marten and I used to work with, JD, has died from breast cancer. I was quite shocked.
Please keep both JD and her family in your prayers. I am adding her name to the list at tonight's All Souls service.
May she rest in peace and rise in glory

Prayers are desperately needed for my wife, C (Zeke on the Ship). Her teaching position is in jeopardy. She often comes home nearly in tears because the kids are mostly horrible and one of her bosses seems to have it in for her. I cannot support this household by myself and even if I could, she has student loans to pay. I said a Novena, am messaging my favourite priest and likely going to early Mass. What else can I do?

There was a double-booking for the Telemum's angiogram, which she got up at 5am for a 7:45 start.
She came stamping home, unannounced, at 3pm demanding a stack of cheeseburgers because she hadn't eaten for 10 hours and refused to wait any longer. She now thinks she doesn't need the angiogram, which was purely elective. She is probably right, but... you know. Lord, bless her and keep her.
Also, I'm trying to meet a deadline...

Please pray for my daughter's sister-in-law M, who has just signed consent forms for a termination. Her pregnancy has been terrible, the baby stopped growing and M has leaked virtually all the amniotic fluid so the baby's lungs were being crushed. She didn't want this, but the likelihood is that the baby would have been a stillbirth or would die just after birth.

My friend P and his wife had some sort of surgical intervention for infertility last week [no idea what sort as there is the language gap] but I offered to put them on this prayer list and he was happy to be included.
eta: and I learnt this chatting with him on Facebook where nuance is always difficult. [ 06. November 2014, 05:35: Message edited by: Welease Woderwick ]

Thank you for your prayers for my friends B and J. J is improving but says he never wants to go through the oxygen mask treatment again. Since he has emphysema and is constantly oxygenised, the next lung infection will kill him, in that case.
Please pray for good decisions on all sides, and fortitude for B and J (and their family)
Thank you.
