Today I obtain medical records covering several psychiatric admissions decades ago. I'll have a therapist's assistance for a one hour session, then I get to read through two big packets full at home by myself. I'm not sure if I would be better to leave those worms wriggling unseen. Prayers, please.
Also for my son who has severe depression. Thanks.

I was fired today. My boss--ah, well, better leave him to God to deal with. Suffice it to say that our finances are in greater peril then ever, and I am wholly adrift now concerning what kind of work I ought to seek, and whether I should retrain for a different field. We are without health insurance as well, unless my husband can wangle something. Please pray that God gives me wisdom and courage and knowledge of what in the world he intends me to do now? and that I find decent paying work soon. Please God.

Asking for prayers for a dog named Jif, belonging to a friend of a friend, which was struck by a car and seriously hurt. They are trying to raise the money to pay his very expensive vet bills.

For R, who faces his fears after last week's somewhat scary experience, and won.
For all young adults learning to live independently, and for those struggling with the additional learning that goes with coping with their illnesses and disabilities. Particularly those learning to manage their diabetes.
For patience as I untangle messes not of my making, but somehow, the resultant mess has become my responsibility.

In particular for Lamb Chopped and family and all seeking heeded employment and all who depend on them
For the results of my latest scans/tests re my 2 ongoing cancers to continue to be so blessedly good as they have for the last 2 years. And for me to have the organized mental focus to intelligently present my medical questions and concerns to my medical folks, and to make the best decisions.
thanks for the newest member of my household, Elsa, a member of the feral cat family who has been comimg around lately. Praise God, I was able to get homes for the other kittens and to get Mama spayed as well. May Elsa and Pulsar (who was already here) learn to get along (It's a process but it seems to be happening, praise God)
