For NEQ's village and for all affected by bad weather.
For daisymay, for healing and stress management, and for comfort for all at her church who are mourning this loss.
For J.
For Cousin I.
For the Telemum.
I had a good day but I didn't finish the thing. I would love to hit this one out of the park.

May all things be better for everyone and everything. May the Earth find that her situation and health eases this year.
For me: Solving the ongoing bureaucratic problem in my favor, because it's dragged on for too long, no one is listening, and I'm massively overwhelmed. And may clue-pillows be thrown at various people, as necessary.
Thx.

I have a rather important transoceanic flight this evening. When I tried to check in online yesterday evening, I saw that my reservation was put on stand-by (possibly overbooking?) This isn't the kind of thing I deal with well.

Reading and praying
I am in need of Wisdom in relation to a thing. If I do nothing, I could mess the thing up. Or I could do something and mess the thing up that way. Lord, send me a word of guidance, I pray. I'm listening. Amen.
Continuing to pray for C
The Lord is doing His thing, and I have faith that it is a wonderful thing He is doing. Amen.

Prayers please for R, my OH, who faces a colonoscopy tomorrow to see if there underlying reasons for her suddenly developing diverticulitis last September. We'd appreciate prayers for a good outcome, obviously, but also for her safety during the procedure. Her intestine is still inflamed, making the whole process more difficult, and potentially more dangerous. Thank you.

Can you find room in your prayer pile for our son P and his partner S who are expecting their first child any day. S is back in hospital (she has become prone to "stress-related" seizures especially in pregnancy). Tests currently show that the baby is on the small side, but OK.

Thank you for your prayers for R's colonoscopy today: I'm afraid the outcome was disappointing. She has a polyp too large to remove in today's procedure, diverticulitis (infection) is still evident, and the doctor was unable to safely complete the examination.
The next step is to return for a further colonoscopy under anaesthetic in a month: this will carry two levels of risk - the dangers to do with her intermittent heart problem, and the dangers of puncturing an inflamed colon. All being well the polyp (and any others found) will be removed and sent for examination to see if it is malignant. Then it seems likely that further surgery will be required to remove the damaged section of intestine.
Your continuing thoughts and prayers would be appreciated - thank you.
