Prayers please for my mother in law A, who has had a nasty fall. She's in A&E at the moment while they work out whether she needs to be admitted.

Praying for all who need prayers.

Please pray for my friends J and M. I think tomorrow morning is going to be hard, but the rest of the week will not be easy. Please also remember them on Sunday.

Please pray also for those of us who support them. We have probably all been reduced to tears for them in the past couple of weeks.

Please pray for J, who will probably be leaving us within the next few days. His years of suffering will be over, and he'll know peace at last. Please pray for his devoted wife, N, who will need lots of strength and peace to deal with this.

[Votive] for all in need, especially Chamois' J. to find somewhere to live; Nicole for a speedy recovery from her extraction ( [Eek!] ); Daisymay and everyone going to New Wine; and for the soul of Pigwidgeon's J. and those who mourn him.

May he rest in peace and rise in glory. [Votive]

If you can, please spare a little prayer (possibly to St. Christopher) for D. and me as we leave Newfoundland on Thursday to start our new life in Fredericton, New Brunswick.

Thank you. [Smile]

I've just come back from a short break away which I hoped would cheer me up. Sadly it hasn't.

Feel so depressed about all the horrible things going on in the world and so ashamed that I make such a lot of fuss about my little problems.
