He wants out so very much, making even short visits like mine this morning indescribably painful.

Earlier this afternoon I drove past the aftermath of an accident. I didn't linger, and had to turn round and go a different route, but I did see that the ambulance had arrived, and there was somebody lying in the middle of the road, covered. I couldn't tell if they were covered in a foil blanket or a body bag, but they weren't moving. So prayers please for all who were involved in that ![[Frown]](frown.gif)

Please pray for the three men lost under the rubble at Didcot Power Station after part of the building collapsed on them last night.
It's been a bitterly cold night and although a search team's been working through the night with sniffer dogs and thermal imaging devices, and is still going, there are still no reported signs of life.

I need to find a nursing home for my elderly mother. Please pray that I find the right one, where they'll look after her well and be kind to her; I want her last days to be happy, peaceful and stress-free.

Please pray for my friend V, recently diagnosed with a severe form of breast cancer. She faces a lumpectomy on Friday
Although the prognosis seems good (for a given value of 'good') there is the possibility of a gene problem which might predispose her to other forms of cancer. Also for her husband B
