I'm an Episcopal priest in the Diocese of Alabama (ECUSA) and will have a 3 month sabbatical in 2013. I'm seeking an exchange with a C of E priest. Dates are flexible but should be somewhere between Easter and Advent 2013. I'd also be willing to consider a month here, a month there, etc. I have a smallish parish (2 services and between 50-70 total worshipers). Also, I have a comfortable 2BR, 2 bath house about 15 mins from the church and a car. Seeking similar for exchange. Ideally, I'd like to be close enough to Oxford by public transport or car to do research. I'm very comfortable culturally with the UK, having done my PhD at St. Andrews, as well as a bit more than a year of research at Oxford. ALTERNATIVELY, I'd be happy to serve as a parish musician during my sabbatical. I'm a very accomplished pianist, a capable organist, and can do a choir in a pinch. HOWEVER, I would need some form of housing. Thanks for your help.
