I was surprised, on a recent visit to Hell, to find a mere 7 threads there. Does this have to do with my failure to keep my account current ( [Biased] ), to a recent barnacle-scraping, or is it something at my end of the 'puter-cord?

Housekeeping. The default is current + two weeks(ish). Since Hell is less busy, that results in fairly few threads (whereas in Heaven, where we've just done the same thing, it's still a page plus).

Simply put, the answer is Yes. You don't go there often, do you?

I set up the autumn-cleaning of Hell. As Firenze mentions we retained the threads that had been posted on within the last fortnight, but I added the F... You Black Dog thread which seems to get more use in the (northern) winter.

Many thanks for the responses. I had been reading elsewhere in Styx about odd goings-on in Hell, and was worried I'd fallen prey to some.

I dunno; 13 of my last 50 posts were there, and I read more than I write.

Quite reasonable, considering said oddness.

This oddness has a paper-trail, is all. [Big Grin]

I cannot expect people to believe “
Jesus loves me, this I know” of they don’t believe “Kelly loves me, this I know.”
