In honour of my birthday, there is a Name Change Amnesty! Please announce your new name to the rest of the Ship here!

When changing your name, please bear in mind the following:

Choose wisely. You’ll be stuck with whatever you’ve chosen until the next Amnesty. And goodness knows when that will be!

Name changes must be included in your signature for two months. The limit for signatures is four lines.

You must post a few times during the two months. None of this changing your name and then not posting for two months so no one knows who you are malarkey.

Well, what are you waiting for?!

Tubbs

I used a picture of a Blue Peter flag when I sprung for a picture and a slogan. The Blue Peter means "proceed to sea". I have waiting for the name change chance to add to my screen name. Hence forth:

no prophet's flag is set so...

with the Blue Peter picture

then the slogan: Proceed to see sea

(I know it's goofy already. )

Happy Birthday and thanks for the present!

{edit: I updated the sig, but I guess it will show up subsequently}

I was going to say in my sig that I got tired of people asking what I was late for, but no one has in ages so I didn't. The "late" in my name doesn't really have anything to do with being unpunctual. For a while I had a custom title "only mostly dead" which was a reference to the state of my faith and my favourite film, so I liked to think people would see it as "late" as in "the late paul" but I think most people missed that.

Anyway...

Now I don't have to explain any of that any more! [Big Grin]
