... someone's hacked the Australian Christian Lobby's website.

Do look, before they fix it: https://australianchristianlobby.org/

That is brilliant! It is late evening and I shall go to bed with a smile on my face.

Thanks so much for that! The only news around here about computer hacking seems to involve Putin and the Russians, so this caused some much-needed laughter!

They seem to be in no rush. The "blog" is dated April 2013. But yes, it's a hoot. [Big Grin]

No, they didn't.

The Australian Christian Lobby lives at http://www.acl .org.au

I'll spare our hosts by not making the link live: I think everybody can guess what their "Christian" issues are.

Somebody registered a domain name that sounded like it might plausibly belong to the Australian Christian Lobby, and had some fun with it.

Love the rainbow background to many of the pictures.

The Christian Lobby must be very private. It seemed I had to sign on even to look at the site.

You must be on the wrong site. I had no trouble.

Ah. Disappointing. The philosophical question now is whether that spoils the joke.

I feel like it's not AS funny if they didn't hack the website, but it's still pretty darn funny.

Books and things.

I lied. There are no things. Just books.

It's still good. For some reason, that line, "We will pray for you, after we have had our afternoon nap," reaches into my cynical soul and warms it.
