Secret Santa, I loved my card My little penguin is hanging merrily from our alternative Christmas tree (colour theme of tree is black, white and red, so he matches just perfectly). And as for the chocolate lolly and very tempting looking bar of chocolate... well, the Smudgelet is eyeing them up already so I will be gobbling them down with delight before he gets to them. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Dear Secret Santa,
I am sure that your package arrived before Christmas but I have pneumonia and have been bedded down for the last week. Today on trip to doctor I picked up a week's worth of mail.
There was my package from across the pond. Oh so worth waiting for. The sweet tree and star garland now hangs on the head of my bed. I just might leave it there all year. The candy is tucked away for special treats from time to time. The spice packet sits on my kitchen cookbook case along with the most wonderful gift of all the fun cookbook that I have already started reading.
Thank you for your thoughtful package. It made my day.

We're doing well! Hopefully everyone should get their gifts before 12th Night at this rate! There's still 6people waiting, and one or two Santas who either haven't let me know that they have posted, or have let me know that their present will be late for various unavoidable reasons.

Yesterday, JB and I returned from Christmas trip and got our mail. Both of our SECRET SANTA prezzies arrived! I immediately tucked into the candy snowflakes and put earrings into the darling trinket box. Thank you, Santa! JB was so touched that Santa loved the horse and York magnet. Thank you from him, also.
Blessings to both of you for being so thoughtful.

Two delightful wooden ornaments from Australia have appeared via La Poste. There is no identifying note/card and I don't know anyone in Australia who might be sending me wooden ornaments, so I am assuming that these are from my Secret Santa.
In which case, thank you. They are lovely!

Footsore and weary, Santa has stumbled bleary-eyed into the wilds of Scotland, mumbling about floods and recalcitrant reindeer and such like. But bless him, he has brought me some marvellous chocolate (Montezuma's Colombian Cappuccio truffles and some Green and Blacks), and a dinky little Christmas tree photo frame.
Santa, it was well worth the wait. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness.

Just a note to say that I am using my SS gift (a skein of think-and-thin yarn in shades of white) to knit a hat. It should just come out exactly, one hat from one skein of yarn. I have a friend who is having chemo, and could use a hat.

Brenda, we don't have pictures on the forum for a variety of reasons. You would need to choose a photo storage site, there are many available. Uploads to there and use a link to the picture from that site.
An extra thought. You may need to try a couple to find a site which you like and can use easily. Photobucket, Picasa, Flickr could be a start although I now hate Flickr since Yahoo took them on and wrecked things. If you have a website of your own, you could have a page specifically for photos.

The hat used all but about a yard of the yarn, and has been despatched to the cancer patient. (I did it on big needles in 1-1 rib, and shrank it down at the top to a mere six stitches to make a tube long enough to tie into a knot.) I learn that due to the chemo she has lost all her hair, and it should be good for her -- it is 20 degrees (F) today.
