But a person also has to live with themselves. Becoming innured to it is the only way. To tell the small comforting fibs to self. That you are moderating the bad or perhaps even become a believer at least in part.
I'd say the title of "prostitute" can be equally used for many of the folks in Cheetolini's administration, male and female alike. All of the press spokespeople, certainly.
That said, you are correct - integrity is hard. But if you haven't got that, what *do* you have, at the end of the day?
