Woah! Back up!

This thread is as dirty rags compared to this:

quote:
JohnBoot:
I think I posted the other day (in some forgotten thread) about the inadvertant later-life pleasures that result from having attended an all-male school. It is still true.

That's twice Bootie has alluded to homoerotic delights. And I need to know about it.

Too funny, ThomasDF. You really are THE GREAT I AM.

I heard you the first times and you actually expect me to believe you?

I've spent two days solid in here and now I can see why the dragon stopped the thread. This is just going in circles. I can't say if I will stop posting, slow down or keep going, but I'm inclined to spend more time doing constructive things now.

Though I do love this site, this forum was sure distracting. I did need that and now I can jump back into a very difficult scene I was writing when I came here.

At this rate, he'll be tying his shoes by page 25 at least.

ThomasDB, I'm trying to understand - you received quite a warm welcome on your thread in Heaven - why not just relax and dip into the boards in a leisurely way? Make some friends, experience the flavour of all the boards. Maybe make a foray into Hell after a few weeks.

It seems to me you've gone straight for the adversarial stuff. Can't you see that this isn't the best way of becoming a liked and valued contributor to a website you've indicated you think has merit?

ThomasDF returns to the battered old typewriter and resumes his script...
quote:
Wendy: oh Eric, oh Ken. Roger me now. Both of you, with your really hard ramrods. Stand up against injustice everywhere and do me like I've never been done.
Eric: Yeah baby.
Ken: Get a mouthful of this.
Wendy: <Gasp.> I love this. Your guys are amazing, fighting against evil everywhere and doing me like this at the same time...

...ThomasDF smiles at his handiwork, grabs a box of Kleenex and slips his hand into his pants. This is going to be a great scrtiptwriting session...

Here's one of those tricky little English language things: "why" is often associated with a concept called a "reason". So, really, I was just quoting you.

But congratulations on the shoe tying thing.

11,000 posts. That's kind of vulgar, really. [Unless you're Erin of course, and they're business related. Near miss there.]

So, ThomasDF, thank you for providing the entertainment. I shall have to promote you, too: let's see ... Knave Thomas. That will have to do.

Thanks, Spiffy, Kelly, Grits, Sine, and everyone else. This was great fun.
