The address for a single post is hidden behind a little icon that looks like a small piece of paper to the top left of each post (just infront of the "Posted [date]"). In Windows, right click on this icon and copy the URL into your clipboard then paste into a post as normal (I know there's something different with Mac which doesn't have a right mouse button).
