The only error is that your URL coding has accidentally got curly brackets instead of square ones (probably do to the SHIFT key being mistakenly held).

The UBB software is fussy about characters in URLs. In this case, the problem is the underscores in the address. You'll need to use somethign like tinyurl to get an address the board software will allow.
