Please could I ask your prayers for my son, for relief from some (emotional) growing pains? Trivial on the scale of things, but it's hard to see him hurting.
I'm offering prayers for all the intentions posted here and for those known only to God

For all needing prayer, whether asking or not
On the family front (see above) things are looking hopeful. Not ideal, but there may be something we can rely on which has been lacking for about a fortnight.

I had my brief chat with the girls. They nodded, but didn't ask any questions. We'll see what happens with the MRI and CT scan next month, and what those reveal.

For my once neighbour DR, who moved with her partner R to be near his family and their grandchildren, halfway across the country. First they were heartbroken when their terrier died just before Christmas, and now R has died. Her family is nearer here. She has barely had time to settle in to the new house, and now has to do so alone.

Feeling encouraged by prayers and support here, and from friends and family. Many thanks
For Penny S's former neighbour DR in her bereavement and adjustment. May she find a new community of friends and neighbours to help her
In Cape Town we are fast approaching Day Zero when the city runs out of water in the worst drought in a century. All running water to households and businesses will be cut as early as 21 April. Which may be difficult but survivable for those of us able to install rain-water tanks and dry compost toilets, to buy bottled water or drive to water distribution points, but likely to cause tremendous suffering for those in poorer communities. Prayers for rain and skilful crisis management requested, many thanks.

For Erroneous Son.
For Sioni’s family.
For all affected by the collapse of Carillion.
For immediate new employment for Mr Chopped.
For Lothlorien’s DIL, for healing. OUCHIE
For Gill H and the aftermath of that phone conversation.
For Rossweisse and her children. Also, down with cancer.
For MaryLouise, for healing.
For Penny S’ R to be comforted in her loss.
For the tears to be wiped from Martin60’s eyes.
For rain and skilful crisis management in Cape Town.
For daisymay.
For Piglet’s D. and S.
For K., needing protection from a dangerous person in his workplace.
For V., for healing.
For the Telemum, who seems to have a bit of coronary artery disease. Also - she fell over a bizarre stone bus shelter thing (in an under-construction community area with no street lighting, at night… ) and apparently didn’t break her rib, but it’s going to hurt for a few weeks. Her wrist was also badly bruised, which is making it hard for her to use that hand.
I continue to have enormous difficulty getting up in the morning and am slow to start my day, which means I end up working into the night. That’s not what I want. Tomorrow is Day Zero. I will get up and seize the day. Please?

Thank you for prayers and thank you Telepath for your list.
Scan has finally revealed two separate bones broken in DIL’s ankle. Not near each other. It will be set in plaster tomorrow. This week is second of her holidays and she has been giv en next week off too. School returns for start of new year next week, so she can be quiet at home for much of the day. Son cooks most evening meal anytime as her shifts vary.

For DIL Lothlorien, for healing.
I have a big important volunteer-recruitment workshop next Monday. Please, let it be well attended and heaving with reliable, creative recruits!
For the Telemum, who continues to find her not-broken rib painful and annoying. Also - that bit of heart disease.
