For all affected by the murders at the Jerusalem synagogue.
For all affected by the Ferguson, MO shooting. A court decision comes down today. Things are so bad that residents have been told to prepare for the possible reaction as they would for a big storm (i.e., stock up on food and supplies).
For me: healing a long migraine and its ripple effects; general health and upholding; and some private intentions.
Thanks.

Thanks and praises for the birth of Baby T and prayers for baby and family.
Cottontail, without going into details, the situation you describe -- concerning yourself and the person to whom you had to deliver an appalling message -- sounds like a horrible work environment i once had to live under. My prayers for you and the person to whom you had to give the message.
Thanks SO MUCH, everybody, for your prayers. The outcome of my visit with the radiation oncologist was better than my even most optimistic projections. First and foremost, the scans found no metastasis of the prostate cancer!!! Secondly, even though I will be getting radiation beam as expected, they are not going to do the hormone deprivation at all at this time, which I was not expecting. I had taken for granted that I would be starting at least some amount. Of the 2 therapies, that was the one I least wanted. True there are uncertainties re the radiation effects, but where it is being directed is NOT near my large intestine thus nausea not expected as a side effect. (My mom had radiation for breast cancer and of the things she was dealing with at the time the radiation effects were among the least) (just let them aim the beam accurately lol.)
I'd like to ask prayers for my cousin C, who at the age 40 is still trying to find himself. He has such a good heart and great energy (and has been immensely helpful to me in times of need) but a mature focus still seems to elude him. [ 18. November 2014, 23:17: Message edited by: malik3000 ]

Would you all please hold Daughter-Unit in your prayers? She's been diagnosed with a kidney infection, which has been getting worse, despite her doctor's care. She is miserable, and has had an allergic reaction to one of her meds. She has missed three days of work so far since last week, which she really doesn't like to do.
Without boring you with a lot of details, you might want to know that she has had major health problems since she was fourteen months old. She's such a loving, sweet person, and it has killed me to see her suffer her whole life.
My ultimate prayer would be for her to enjoy good health from now on.
Thank you from this sad and worried Mama. ![[Votive]](graemlins/votive.gif)
